“Staff is incredible, our stay in this hotel was outstanding. Breakfast is served by hotel staff and it is traditional Turkish delicious breakfast. Bed is comfy and fireplace is a nice addition.”

“Breakfast was absolutely delicious, a real Turkish breakfast (jam, chocolate cream, honey, butter, cheese, vegetables, olives, eggs, pastries... )- all served directly to your table. This breakfast makes you feel really unique. The restaurant is situated on the roof of the hotel with a very nice view to the land. Its really nice place for eating your breakfast far from the busy world. Very nice staffs, always willing to help you. You can directly book your daily trips on receptions and so safe your time by searching the local travel agencies on your own. I really recommend the rooms with jacuzzi, after all day trip and colder weather in autumn, winter it is a great to take a bath of hot weather and bubbles.”

“Everything was great. The staff hospitality was excellent . Bookem (manager) was super helpful in sorting the tours and balloon ride. The service of Azure was the best I have had in last few years. -comfortable and modern cave (suite 12) -excellent WiFi and room amenities -drop off and pick up options available -such a personal service with complimentary snacks everyday / night -staff attitude and support-breakfast was good-views from the hotel are really nice , especially the hot air balloons . You can stand on the Terrace just before sunrise and watch the balloons go over you.I would like to thank Azure for giving us such a warm & personalised welcome & continuing with it.It’s been a beautiful trip to Cappadocia and Azure definitely made this possible. “The cave was so warm and comfy while the weather outside was cold. The staff was excellent in their service and very friendly. Specially the manager Bokum and her helper assisted us in every possible way. Highly recommended!”

“The hotel used to be a real cave, everything is excellent from bedding,service, breakfast to the view. At sunrise, we could open our door and see hot air balloons flying in the sky. It was really breathtaking.We were lucky to meet the lady who owned this place during a Saturday morning. She asked how was our stay and gave us useful suggestions on our daily travel plan. The lady also told us she wanted the guest to feel at home in the hotel so she tried to make her staff feel home in the work. Personally I think the service has meet this standard. Thank you Seraph, the Turkish teacher night manager, and the lady for taking good care of we three l. “The hotel location is in a very beautiful surrounding, on top of the hill with the panoramic view. The suite is big,comfortable and warm with a unique spirit of a raw cave (it is a real cave). Bukem welcomed us like a family, she and all of the people working there were are very helpful, sweet and professional. There was a tour arranged by the hotel the driver name is Soner he is very friendly and funny he made our trip very special we will always want to go back :) ... they even brought us a helium balloon because our balloon trip was canceled due to weather conditions. Those little things and made our stay memorable. P.S. Excellent breakfast.”

“I love the staff!! They went beyond expectations with everything! If something was unavailable- like room service. They will present you some menus from the restaurants, order for you and bring it to your room. Attention to details! They found a bottle of wine which we were not able to drink it, took it and place it in the chiller for us to be nice and cold when we came back. Breakfast is amazing and so diverse! 6-7 types of spreads: honey, peanut butter, jams, chocolate spread and some other yummy things, many types of cheese, eggs menu, fresh veggies.. etc Lovely! I love that everything was solved easily like tours and such.”
