- Please note the reception is open from 06:00 to 24:00 from Mondays to Fridays.<br><br>On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open between 07:00 and 12:00, and between 17:00 and 22:00.<br><br>Automatic check-in is also possible outside reception opening hours, but cash payment is only possible during reception opening hours.<br><br>Please note that most navigation devices can not find Freiburger Straße 43 yet. Please look for Freiburger Straße 29 (Obi), the hotel is across the street.<br><br>Parking is available in the neighbouring parking garage centre west for a fee.

“Very nice staff. Helpful with all the questions I had.”
“Clean, friendly staff, and overall good value for the price. The hotel was opened earlier this year and still had a 'new' smell about it. Even though it was already a several months old, it still looked like new. They offered a buffet breakfast at a good price. We didn't try it this time as we had other plans.”

“Very good parking, easy location, nice interior, friendly personnel. You can stay with a pet, but they charge for that 8 euros per day. At first, we paid for 3 days for our dog, but then we left him in the pet hotel for 2 nights, because we were visiting Europa park and decide that with a dog it would be uncomfortable. It was very fair of the hotel personnel to return us prepaid 16 euros for two other nights because the dog was not with us. The breakfast is very nice. If you are hungry in the evening, there are some machines with tea and snacks, so you won't starve.”
