“booking.com charged me more for one room that was identical to the other room 20 dollars difference for the same thing??? when i tried to straighten this out they told me to deal with booking.com however I paid cash at the hotel for my room...I got the total run around from the hotel and booking.com . I was there for my moms funeral and the price that booking.com charged me was 45 dollars higher than my other family paid at the hotel with a call to the front desk. will think twice before booking with you.”

“We misunderstood that continental breakfast was served until 10:00am, but it was only served til 9:00am on Friday....On our 1st morning,we came down for breakfast at 9:15 am and the gal-Patty that was doing breakfast cleanup, after she found out that we misunderstood timing, she brought out several items (eggs, muffins, juice & fruit )that had already been put away for us==she was absolutely wonderful....she really turned around what could have been a bad start to our trip to a joy!. We had 4 rooms for the 10 of us and we saw Patty every morning and she really greeted us with a smile and offered more than once to put tables together for our group and told us what was going to be served the next day for each breakfast...she gave a personal touch to our 1st time being in Texas. Front desk staff was also very welcoming.”

“The breakfast attendant's were very friendly (Patty & Brenda), put out a great breakfast and were very attentive to our needs. The ladies that cleaned up our room & made up the beds were also very good. We had good personnel at our check in and check out. Every one that worked at the hotel were exceptionally kind. We will be back staying here again sometime in July 2017.”
