“The hotel was perfectly located for our visit to Winter Wonderland on Hyde Park. We had a very pleasant welcome and despite arriving early the staff managed to give us 2 out of the 3 rooms which was really helpful. There were complimentary hot drinks available and the reception staff assisted us with wifi codes and maps also advising us of the best route to take. The rooms were small but as expected but they had everything we needed and were spotlessly clean and modern, we all enjoyed an excellent night sleep. On check out the hotel stored our cases so that we could enjoy our second day in London and we collected these easily later on in the day. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.”
