“The hostess is absolutely incredible. She is dedicated to making sure that every guest has a wonderful stay. The wifi is very strong, and so is the air conditioning. The breakfast for an extra charge was large and delicious. We rented bicycles from the property and the hostess helped us by providing a walking / biking path stopping to see major temples along the way. Perfect day!”

“Decided to stay the night in Ayutthaya as opposed to doing it in a day trip. What a good decision as able to visit the temples in a more leisurely fashion & our stay at Baan Tebpitak was excellent. Warm welcome with excellent orientation of what to do. On second day, organised brilliant tuk tuk for us. Lovely tranquil setting in gardens with a very welcome swimming pool. Highly recommended.”

Friendly does not even come close, this was probably the warmest welcome my wife and I have come across in years. Small hotel, quiet area, good breakfast, nice room, pool looked nice although we didn't have time to use it. Walikng distance to main heritage site.”

“A place I would love to have if I lived in Thailand. Working outside in the tea room, fast internet and homemade mosquito spray that worked well allowed me to work all evening. It’s was fun sitting outside even with evening downpours. Pool was wonderful for evening swims as well. All make of wood. Aircon was perfect unlike many place and bed was so comfortable.”

The day of departure i forgot my phone in the taxi, i called the hotel and she called immediately the driver who came back very quickly to bring back my phone at the airport. Hotel very near from local market. You can do everything by walk. This place is very good if you want peace and relax!”
