“Exquisite indulgence. The hotel is just in another league, absolutely everything is perfect. There is a real sense of history to the place, mixed with modern touches and pure classy style, and above all, attention to detail and top-quality service. The bed was gloriously comfortable; our standard room was small, but perfect - it even had a chandelier over the bed! There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The breakfast room is a feast for the eyes and tummy. Don't forget to pack your swimwear, as the spa area is extraordinary. A ten minute walk to the train station, or a ride in the Rolls Royce!”

“This is not a hotel, this is truly a piece of heaven on earth. I have never seen a place like this again, and I must say I have been to many famous hotels in the world, and there was not one that even comes close to this one. Everything is just amazing, from the perfection of the service (Giuseppe Concierge, Giuseppe Le Restaurant, Josef, and so on), to the amazing and unbeatable interior and exterior beauty of the building that could be a castle straight out of Snow White, to the unique location with a breathtaking view, to the incredible food in the Titanic-like Le Restaurant, to the astounding 120 year old history of the hotel, to the amazing pastries served in the lobby next to the most impressive window table, to the beautiful Spa... All my respect to the Director Mr Wiedemann-Badrutt. I say that if you haven't been to the Badrutts Palace at least once in your life, you haven't lived.”
