“Otel sahiplerinden çalışan personele kadar herkes gayet ilgili ve kibarlar. Bebek yatağı imkanı sunuldu (pek çok otel böyle bir olanak tanımıyor), kahvaltı salonunda küçük bi çocuk parkı vardı, odalar kahvaltı salonu vs. hepsi aşırı derecede temiz. Otelin havuz sauna vb hizmetlerini de gayet beğendim, havuz biraz küçük, tekrar Tirebolu'ya yolum düşerse yine Bal oteli tercih edeceğimiz kesin, ailece rahat ettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu, teşekkürler.”
