“Room was lovely, traditional Indonesian and very comfortable. Bathroom could do with railing or hooks to hang things on or even some shelving but apart from that it was great.”

“The staff were amazing - from reception staff, to servers and staff sweeping leaves in the garden. Every single one welcomed us, greeted us and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Whenever any issue presented itself, we were attended immediately. Our booked rooms were upgraded when we arrived which was great. I used the spa services twice - both times I was really happy with the treatments, well worth the money.”

“At the beginning we were upgraded to delux room however wr paid for standard. Hotel is nice in old balinese style. It is not a brand new hotel but the staying was nice and comfortable. They served very good buffet breakfast. Stuff was very kind and helpful. In the end we didnt pay for a additional breakfast for our child which was very generous. Hotel gives a free shuttle bus to the centre.”
