  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

  • The hotel requires a 50% deposit via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with instruction. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.<p>Please inform Bamboo Resort in advance of your expected arrival time.
