“The staff were unfailingly polite and extremely helpful in arranging transportation. We booked a private taxi to visit a silk factory outside of town and assisted in transporting us to the airport. We would definitely recommend this location to other travelers. The accommodations were comfortable, stylish and relatively quiet for being located on a busy street. The night market is a five minute walk from the hotel, as are many good restaurants and bars.”

“Great staff. Great location. Beautiful hotel. It’s on the east side of town, so it’s close to everything. The Night Bazaar is to the east, the old town is to the west (tons of restaurants and street food). Very safe location. Easy to hail a tuk tuk or red cab. Great coffee shop (Doppio) across the street. And the staff were also so helpful. They’ll do anything to make your stay more pleasant! Lovely people.”

I've read that some people didn't like the glass doors, but I didn't have any issues there. The shades covered everything and I didn't find it too loud.”

Staff are so friendly and welcoming and we in fact booked an additional two nights here, staying two days instead of four as we loved it so much. The room was clean, well kept and bed was comfortable. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily too along with complimentary water. Location was also perfect, very close to the old town as well as also the night bazaar (highly recommend for great food) as well as the riverside restaurants (nice, albeit touristy) Food was actually good, chicken and cashew nut stir fry was one of the best I’ve had in Thailand. Breakfast was also tasty and filling. ”
