“The hotel was amazing , great location easy walking along the quayside to city centre. The staff were brilliant and so friendly, when they learnt at checkin it was our wedding anniversary we received a complementary room upgrade to a suite, plus bottle of prosecco and a desert. It really is a 5 star hotel.”
