“Customer service was great. The man at the front desk was very friendly. We checked in at 10 p.m. and our room still wasn't cleaned yet and ready .. even though we had a 3 p.m. check in. We were very tired from spending literally all day at Great America. The man at the front desk went upstairs clean the room himself and told us if we needed anything else to let him know... The water pressure in the room was wonderful, I've stayed many places with my children, where you could barely take a shower.... everything was clean and well taken care of in the room.... the complimentary breakfast was really nice! We came down late and there was still tons of food and it was very clean. Plenty of room to sit and eat with your family as well. I travel a lot with my children and I would have to say this is one of the best hotels stays I've had :)”
