“Nice location which was close to tanger outlets. The room was up to date, clean, and no unusual smell. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had tasty (basic) hot/cold choices. Happily satisified with our stay for the amount paid for the room.”

The staff was very helpful..very nice..didn't rush us...even gave us tips on how to save money on parking around town..it was a great trip...all possible bc of BayMont in Sevierville. We will most definitely be coming back and will stay here when we come.”

The waffle maker is cute in the shape of a bear, but was too thin. If they would add better choices to their breakfast it would be a nice place to stay.”
