“I did not like tat they had not received anything from Booking.com anddid not have a reservation for me ... in spite of my having received awritten confirmation number from Booking.com which I printed and hadwith me. Please see the lengthy review which I submitted regardingCallaway Gardens, where I had a reservation on the previous night ....and they did not have a reservation for me either. Booking .com had notcontacted either hotel to make a reservation for me, although they hadsent email confirmations of room reservations at both places. Thiscaused a lot of stress on a late arrival Friday night at CallawayGardens ..... they went out of their way to accommodate me. I will notuse booking.com again. One hotel not having anything from you was bad,but then having a second one the next night was totally inexcusable!!!”
