“Upon checking in we rang the bell (no one was at the counter at 1:30p.m.) and no one came, we walked around the corner and called out for staff, someone came from laundry room and helped us. Took things into the room and found room to not be properly cleaned. See below*”

“We have stayed at this hotel a couple other times in the past when we traveled across state to go to MIchigan Adventure so when my wife & I had to go to a wedding in west Michigan we pretty much knew this place was decent. We have never had any issues with staff, maintenance, or cleanliness. And I don't wake up with a backache like I do at other hotels so the beds agee with me too.”

“Nothing...the hotel needs to updated, rooms, pool, lobby & retraining the hskp to clean well the rooms & room inspector to inspect every vacant ready rooms before the new guest checking in. To make sure the rooms is ready to go! The breakfast is poor. The coffee station needs someone to make sure is clean.”
