There is a computer and printer in a little "business office/tour booking agent" in the lobby where the first 15 minutes are free. We also booked a tour to the Great Wall from here. (If you a going to the trans-Manchurian train this is a great location to stay, walking distance to where you pick up the tickets, close to a supermarket where you can stuck up for the trip, and one metro stop away from the Beijing railway station where the train leaves from ”
