“Hugely impressed during our one night stay for a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. Very pleasant and efficient greeting at reception and when departing. The hotel is smartly furnished in all areas including corridors and stretches back quite a way combining a variety of buildings. Our room was comfortable, with tea and coffee and water provided along with a good range of toiletries. A good night's sleep was had. There are eating options within the hotel and numerous within barely ten minutes walk to the station including the excellent Mumbai Inn. Breakfast was a tasty and plentiful self service affair.”
