Important Notice
- Please note, the property's pub, restaurant and beer garden are currently under refurbishment from 31 July 2017 and will be closed 11 September 2017 for 5 weeks. Breakfast will be served in the function room, or room service will be provided.On 2 October 2017 the kitchen will be closed for 2 weeks, and there will be limited breakfast options and no evening meals available. During this time, parking will not be available at the property.<br><br>As the property has a function room, there is the possibility of loud music.<br><br>The property provides its own travel cots but does not provide bedding. Guests must bring their own.<br><br>Reception is not manned 24 hours.<br><br>Upon making a booking, card details are only used to secure the reservation. Final payment is taken on departure.<br><br>£250 charge imposed on anyone found to be smoking in the rooms.

“A very comfortable and sizeable room, up a few floors therefore very quiet. The hotel itself has just gone through a refurb, it looks extremely funky with a vibrant bar in the evening. Whilst I didn't eat there that evening, the food did look very nice. I did have a chance to sample the breakfast though, which was excellent. Would certainly look to stay there again when next visiting Manchester area.”
