“The beds were SOOO comfortable! They had sold out of king size rooms (what we booked), so they upgraded us for free to a room with a view (with two double beds), without us even having to ask! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms nice and clean. Their conditioner left my hair feeling amazingly soft :P”
