“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to clear whatever queries I had. They were also full of helpful tips on things to do in the city and also about good restaurants in the vicinity. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is right in the centre of the city, barely 5 mins walk from the Porta Nuova (central train station) and surrounded by numerous bus stops and a metro stop. Breakfast was good too, with a lot of choice.”

“I must start my review by saying that Stephania at the front office went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request for an arrival 2 days earlier than booked. Not only was she able to get the entire stay in the same room but matched the price that was secured many months earlier through this site.On arrival she was at the reception desk with a giant smile and throughout our stay every staff member was wonderful.Bravo! Our comfort double was superb. Breakfast was very good. Now lets talk location. Usually I would avoid a location near a major train station. The location of the hotel is a few blocks north of Porta Nuova and is nicely situated at the start of the trendy part of town. Numerous good restaurants nearby and a good small supermarket across from the hotel. Overall my rare ten score is well deserved!”
