“One front counter person the day I checked in was very gruff in her replies to my questions & comments & did not smile, the other was so sweet & helpful. The night duty clerk was also nice & friendly. House keeping seemed happy and were very pleasant. I did not take advantage of the breakfast area because I could not take my dog to pick up the food & since I was traveling alone & my dog was a recent rescue & I did not feel comfortable leaving her alone in the room. I did not use the WiFi because when I started to sign on it came back with a message that the network was not secure or trusted. Regarding my pet, the pet walking areas were very small & both very far from the building not ideal if it had been raining. Over all I enjoyed my stay & would recommend it to others.”

“Great place to stop on your way north on I-5, easy access to Lassen N.P. Though the hotel seemed close to the main hwy on the map, we couldn't complain about any noise. Clean rooms as well as whole property, nice outdoor pool. Our kids liked the cage with budgie parrots and little outside pond with gold fish. Very nice and helpful staff.”
“The pool was not too deep and I appreciated that it was saline instead of chlorine treated. The koi pond and aviary were a special treat but the full, complimentary breakfast was by far the best perk!!”
