Important Notice
- Please note, the leisure facilities will have limited access from 11 November 2017 and 14 December 2017. During this time, the ladies changing rooms and entire pool area will be closed. Children will not be able to use the facilities during this period. The property apologises for any inconveniences this may cause.<br><br>Children under the age of 18 are only permitted to use the leisure facilities between 14:00 and 17:00 Monday-Friday, and between 09:00 and 17:00 Saturday-Sunday. During these times, children must still be accompanied by an adult.

“Our room was a lot more 'luxe' than I thought it would be, the bathroom was especially nice. The hot sandwich ordered to our room was really good, came quickly and beautifully presented, impressed. Rooms were well sound proofed too. The sofas in the bar area in front of the fire made it a really nice place to have a drink.”

“Although we were not allowed to book in until 2:00 PM, they allowed us to arrive early as we were attending an event in nearby Bury, which did not finish until 10:30 PM. They said we could check in later. They ordered a taxi for us to take us to where we wanted to go. However, for the return journey from Ramsbottom to Bury, we were charged £40.00! Although it is not the fault of the hotel, may I suggest that for future reference the hotel advise the guests of a reputable taxi firm for return journeys.”
