Not only did I appreciate his wonderful customer service I witnessed him extend this friendly service to late arriving travelers while he was off-duty and in the parking lot on his way home. He did this on two occasions. As someone with vast experience in supervising a large number of employees I can easily state that he is a very rare employee. Hopefully his work performance is not going unnoticed and unrewarded.”
