“Handily located in the centre. Tries to recreate the atmosphere of the old theatre but we found it not quite to our taste. Comfortable and clean though.”

The breakfast was great- lots of choices, fresh orange juice, good waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon as well as the typical Swedish fruktost. The room was on the Second floor, roomy and comfortable. We ate a night at the hotel restaurant, Omkase. That was very good also.”

“The hotel is located opposite the bus station which was very convenient after 5 hours on the bus from Mora. Having been converted from the the Old Town Theatre the hotel is full of quirks and character. Breakfast is served by candlelight.....involves 56 candles everyday! The management are very proud of their hotel and happy to show you the old theatre that remains at the heart of the hotel.”
