“Staff was super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was good with a variation of warm food alternatives each day, apart from that eggs, fruits, cheese, cereals etc. were offered. Good Location, cloase to Mariscal and about 25min Walking from the old town. The only negative thing I noticed was that the windows could be a Little bit more isolated, espectially during rush hour the room got a bit nosiy, but at night there was much less traffic and I always good a good sleep.”
“The hotel staff and the facilities were excellent,superb staff could not help enough to do with transport and info on local eateries plus day trips,breakfast excellent choice with a added twist of local cuisines,location of hotel is perfect you are only 5 mins from plaza froch so best both world's you don't have all the noise and music,I would recommend this hotel to any one and would defiantly stay again with out hesitation”
“Personnel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms overlooking the street (which are most of the rooms) are very noisy. Ask for a room not overlooking the street.”
“Front desk personnel were extremely helpful. They helped coordinate transportation, shopping, restaurants, and local tours. They also speak excellent English for those of us who do not speak Spanish. Nice variety for breakfast - fresh juices, eggs, fresh fruit, and breads. Very clean facilities and spacious room. Good location in Quito. Definitely will be staying there again.”
