The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome and comfortable traveling with our two dogs....we visit london often to see family...this will be our hotel every time!!! BONUS!! The bath towels are as big as the comforter!!”

“This hotel was so amazingly comfortable and clean and modern, very nice! Being so close to the airport was such a bonus as our flight did not get in until 11:30 pm, was nice to just drive a few minutes to a fresh clean and oh so comfy bed! The free breakfast was a feast ; eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, juice, coffee....and so much more but we had to stop as we were stuffed ! Loved the airplane decorations through out too, what a brilliant idea for a hotel that is so close to an airport. The bathroom was super clean and felt like a spa! The price was incredible ! This place remembers that customers matter! Well done!”
