“I especially enjoyed getting a free bottle of water every day and the cookies and coffee in the lobby every night were wonderful. The staff was GREAT except for the one new young woman who questioned whether or not I should be given the free bottle of water. Since I have been self-employed all my life this was especially annoying....YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TREAT THE CUSTOMER AS IF THEY ARE RIGHT....and a simple bottle of water wasn't much to ask !!! She did give me the bottle of water the next morning, but it should be something staff should KNOW and at least realize that such a small thing didn't NEED SPECIFIC PERMISSION to oblige!!!!”
