“I didn't like much the staff especially Alice was very rude and she tried to be snobby within corporate standards as far as being a smart aleck but then saying thank you have a nice day to my remarks on them telling me 3 x about the non smoking policy like I had a cigarette in my ear or something . I don't even smoke... But the lady started the rudeness when they wanted to run my card for 100$ .. I stay at many best westerns they only go up to 50$ avg. This was a 1st ..just plain rude”
