“The breakfast was excellent, location and how clean it was.”
“It wasn't what I expected but OK and not OK I asked about the NFL channels he said we had it but we didn't ,,, And ask about some towers brought to the room,,, not knowing that we had to pick the towels up ourselves what kind of services that ,,, call And asked about the channels no help at all brushoff ,,, not good customer service at all ,, The rooms on book.com was not the same .”

“Except for the seemingly new handicap shower, everything else was OUTDATED--smell, carpet, furniture, wall fixtures, bedding, etc. For $128 per night, we should've gone to the Hampton Inn. There were other convention goers who stayed at this hotel and were so disappointed as well. My husband made one comment to the gal at the desk when we checked out and was totally ignored. We will not be back at this hotel. We will go back to the Holiday Inn Express in Waycross.”
