“staff was nice, problems solved. Each person asked management, room service and house keeping filled all problems. Left shoes in room were on it and shipped to me.”

“We thought breakfast was over at 10:00, but it was supposed to be 9:00, my room mate takes meds and had to wait to eat. At 9:30 we had to fix a tray and they helped us find a tray, very nice to help, got us extra coffee and made everything wonderful. Took the plates to the room, nuked them had a great breakfast! Would recommend this Best Western to any friend or acquaintance. Thank you!”
