“Very helpful front desk people.Excellent breakfast with waffles, french toast, pancakes, yogurt, etc.Easy to get to places we went to from the hotel.Would stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.Every thing was great.”
“Breakfast was good. With nice nearby food court for delicious lunch.”
“It was right at the International Mall plaza, which has a few Asian restaurant there including a Taiwanese breakfast place. They let me check in early by using my Genius benefit.”
“The staff was kind and very helpful. Our Booking.com reservation did not show up in their system when we arrived, but I showed them my confirmation number, and they made sure that we had a very nice room at the price quoted from Booking.com. The lady at the front desk signed us up for a reward program and gift card on the spot. That was the first time they made sure to make us happy. Every morning they have cooked-to-order omelettes, so every day we were met with a smile and an omelette, waffles, sausage, french toast, biscuits and gravy, pastries, juices, cereal. You get the picture. I cannot rave enough about how accommodating, kind, and thoughtful the staff was. While the rooms were older, they were clean, and the staff was so good, that this place rates a 10 in my book!”
“The hotel is just far enough out of the downtown Chicago area to make it a great place to stay if you're going in and out of town. The breakfast was very nice, and the hotel is very well kept. The television volume wouldn't adjust, so the TV wasn't loud enough to hear very well; but that may have only been the case in the room I had. I'd be happy to stay in the Best Western Plus Oakbrook Inn again the next time I'm in the Chicago area.”
“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included make-it-yourself fresh, hot waffles and there was a cook that would make an omelet. I could not think of one thing that I would have liked for breakfast that was not provided. Excellent way to start the day. I could not have had a better stay. We just came back from Spain recently, and the hotel there did not provide ice or drink. Instead of a soda machine that only provides one company's products, they kept a refrigerator behind the front desk, and whatever brand you wanted they seemed to have and at a price cheaper than a machine with no chance of a machine eating your money. Everything in the room was clean and it was very big and nicely decorated. Actually had a computer chair at the good size business desk. That was very handy for us. I cannot rave enough about our stay. Told management if we ever get up that way again, or have friends going up that way, they will be our go-to hotel.”
“Decent neighborhood and price, the breakfast was a plus, friendly staff.”
“The Hotel, close to the Airport, is located somewhat outside Chicago City center, within a mainly Chinese dominated Business-Mall. Walking distance access to shops and restaurants, comfortable and despite close-by Interstate quiet rooms with two types of pillows, helpful and attentive staff. Close to O'Hara Airport, convienient to Chicago and surrounding areas. Recommendable!”
“Nice breakfast in the mornings, quiet, and comfortable bed. The hallways and lobby looked a bit dated, but that's only an illusion. Our room was more modern and just as nice as more expensive hotels we've stayed in. The commute from a hotel near O'Hare or downtown would've been too time-consuming for where we needed to be that weekend.”
“Was in quite location. Room was big and very clean”
