“everything was good, close to everything we needed and the staff and room was great”
“Breakfast was basic - nothing more than expected. We didn't stay there for the breakfast but did go in search of something more substantial one morning. The rooms were well appointed and we loved having the kitchenette with fridge, microwave and all utensils provided. A big plus for us. Location is not too bad but a little far from things. We had to drive more then we like but that was due to the weather. Great restaurants over a couple of blocks on Elgin. - Check out the Elgin Diner and the Lieutenants Pump.”
“BW Downtown Suites is very comfortable hotel with big beds and facilities for making cofee in the room. The location is also good, everything is in walking distance. I do not remebber more daetails as since I was sleeping in about 15 other hotels......”

They did their utmost to get me a room early and were courteous and kind throughout. I won't forget their kindness towards me as I waited in the lounge and every other interaction we later had with them was positive and friendly. Since your first impression is really the people you encounter at the desk, they can make a difference in your stay and they did.”
