“chris was on the desk when we arrived weary and highway freaked out lost and found you get it.....he was beyond the call of duty so much in fact he was spraying our room with freshner at the midnight hour because i was somewhat whiny the room was somewhat dank smelling from not being occupied for a few days....needless to say i have now bonded with best western plus because of chris and many others in different locations that have gone beyond the call of duty to comfort a guest...i too work in the hospitality industry many years behind me and i know a fabulous employee when i come across one and indeed this day and age..good help is hard really hard to find....management .... be thankful....and you did job hiring this young man////”
