“The staff were wonderful! Manny, the night desk clerk was amazing. Booking.com did not send my booking to the hotel and he found me a room, plus upgraded me. Shauna the day manager was so helpful and friendly about it all. Eileen the breakfast server was incredibly efficient and very friendly. Ramone the maintenance man was very helpful as well. I felt cared for, which is unusual in today's world. The bed was excellent and the room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities too. I highly recommend this hotel.”
