“The ambience is nice and exquisite. The hotel has been operating for 10 months as of November 2017. It is good for those who wants place that is quiet. There's shuttle provided to Nagoya and Batam Centre. The breakfast spread is awesome, a variety of food is available. We are already planning to come again soon. :)”

I was late for check-out as i came back from some place away from city, and my bike broke down thus i was late back to the hotel, but the hotel staff allow a 5-10min grace period for me to go back up to fetch our belongings in it. Out card wasn’t functioning after the check out hours! So accommodating and understanding! THEY GAVE EXTRA PILLOWS IN THE ROOM EVEN WHEN ITS PLENTY! Too good! ”
