“nice variety, attendant seemed to really care to offer good, well presented food, great biscuits”
“The front desk clerk was there seem like for 48 hours straight never saw her without a friendly welcoming smile. She was always willing to help. Breakfast staff was very courteous. We were visiting for Balloonfest. I thought would be a big deal for Statesville NC. But everyone we talked to seemed to not know much about it. Commerce and Civic Center inculded. Pamphlets should have been given to these two places. Town people should promote more. There where more people at motel asking also, no information to give, just computer to look up.”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Switched me out of a smoking room into non-smoking (what I reserved but Booking.com sent the reservation request incorrectly). Parking was easy. Location was central to Statesville area and right off highway.”
“Coffee HOT. Water always available.. rooms clean, staff friendly....door to room sticks, when full not enough parking because of people taking two spots but great price for the room. Would stay here again.”

“The staff was great !! the room was very comfy and clean. I actually saw them mop the outside walk way, not once but everyday. Now that's clean. Anyone who you see that works there always ask if they can help you. Had a pet with me and never got charged anything extra. Breakfast was wonderful, server was always happy and asked everyday if we slept ok. Very very helpful. Food was good a lot to choose from.”
