“The staff at the breakfast included in the following morning were very attentive.”
“The bed seemed to be made out of straw. Uncomfortable. The room smelled bad, like a dog had slept in it. And everything needed a good cleaning. I was surprised because we have stayed at other BW hotels and they have been fine. A rip off for the price. We are staying at a better motel tonight for about 1/2 the $.”
“My experience at this Best Western was just OK. The hotel needs a bit of a refresh - the carpets in the common areas are a bit worn and stained. The room itself was acceptable - good sized with good accommodations. Unfortunately, I found a few bugs in my first room. (I have become EXTREMELY paranoid about this over the last few years.) But, the clerk at the front desk was extremely understanding and moved me to an alternate room which appeared to be pest free.”

“Very little. Bathroom, for a handicapped room, really didn't seem adequate. There was a single sink, no countertop, and just a little "Hobby Lobby" type table to hold the items they provided. My daughter had stayed there a year ago, and said it was no better this time. We had been under the impression it was undergoing a remodeling, but saw no signs of it.”
