“This hotel was a pleasure to stay at - it has everything you need for your stay in Salento. It has an excellent onsite restaurant (with an extensive menu), loads of information on tours and things to do (which they can book for you), decent rooms and incredibly helpful staff. They also have a football pitch, a dartboard and Tejo (a Colombian game involving beer and explosions - away from the rooms) which were awesome. We would highly recommend Beta hotel!”

“The location was fine as it was close to everything and the staff were accomodating. They was someone on the door 24 hours per day so it feels safe. It was one of the few locations that we stayed in that had a well equipped bathroom...hot water, a showerhead, nice towels and toiletries were included. There was no outdoor space but they did have a small sitting area that we used which made things more comfortable as our room was small.”

“this hotel is perfect if you travel on budget ( price versus services ). You will hardly find level of quality for the money you pay at this hotel anywhere in Colombia. Nothing to complain about. Very clean, hot water, perfect free Wi-Fi, English speaking staff ( mostly ), great location - not in the center of the town ( no street noise ), but close enough to walk ( to be in the middle of action ). They also own a restaurant across the street. Very good food and cocktails, we visited twice during our 2 night stay. You can also play Tejo, darts or even soccer in their little complex. Very nice staff everywhere. And If that is not enough, they can arrange all kinds of activities for you in Salento, from horseback riding to VIP airport transportation. Amazing place !!”
