“The staff the staff the staff. For some reason we had challenging booking(s), the people (and especially the lady who checked us in) was amazing service oriented and supportive. It didn't stop there, she arranged for us to have dinner although all was fully booked and the day after, when we set out on the amazing terrace and ordered things out of the menu, a full service was there to facilitate us - ensuring we are enjoying our stay to the last detail. And after the staff ensured that everything is great, the gym, the pool, the terrace and the rooms - all clean, accommodating and ensuring it will be a great experience we will come again :)”
