“We loved everything about it except we asked for a room facing the street so we could watch the horses and buggies go by but a big truck parked parallel to our room behind our car and we could not see a thing I wish there was other spaces for large trucks to park away from the entrance of the building!! Everything else was PERFECT!!!!”
“The bed was fine! We slept better than at home! We liked the magic show very much! The tour also was interesting! The breakfast buffet was fine especially the fresh fruit!”
“First, at check-in, Gina was extremely helpful to my wife and myself. She made us feel welcome and made suggestions that really helped us have a nice stay. Our room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect! The outdoor pool was closed but we enjoyed the indoor pool and we noted that a young man was testing the water PH, etc. That was reassuring. We had stayed at Bird-In-Hand once before. We like it more than the many other places in the Lancaster area where we had stayed previously.”
“Breakfast was great. Ham was browned just right n the honefries were real potato slices”
