“Our first interaction with the young woman at the reception desk set the tone for our stay. I can't remember her name but I do know that she has won awards for outstanding service -- not because she told me but because I saw her award on the wall. She was welcoming, more than pleasant, informative, helpful and efficient. The hotel is centrally located within the city walls and the facilities are very attractive, comfortable and clean. The restaurant/bar is great! Excellent food and ambiance. I've only commented a few times on booking websites and this is one I just had to do. We've traveled a lot and I can say without exaggeration that this is an exceptional hotel.”
