“This is my second time to Biverah Hotel & Suites, both times I have traveled with my young daughter, first time we went she was not even two years and the staff of the hotel were very helpful for arranging everything, and the second time my daughter was just 3 years old. I am not saying it was bad first time, but this time it was much better experience than previous year. Especially I would like to mention about Rajesh from front office and the Lady from F&B service who meets us every morning at the breakfast to make sure that we have everything, I am sorry that I don't remember all names, she was very friendly with my daughter, both of them went to extra miles to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We have noticed a big difference of service experience of one day that the Lady from F&B was off duty and some other staff members were on duty on a specific day. Over all it was a wonderful stay. A BIG THANK YOU for all the staff.”
