- Please note renovations are taking place from 20 August 2016 until 30 June 2017 due to renovations. Guests may experience noise and limited access to hallways and other common areas. During renovations, parking at Casa Del Mar will be limited.<br><br>Please note that the pool, bar, and sundeck will be closed until further notice as they undergo remodeling. Guests will have access to an alternative pool during this time.<br><br>Recreational vehicles, buses, and trailers cannot be accommodated.<br><br>Guests under guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in.<br><br>If you expect to arrive outside of check-in hours, please inform the property prior to arrival. Arrival packet and room key will be provided to guests by on-site security.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
