“Great pool and very comfortable room with satellite TV. This hotel is an 8 minute walk to the beach. Stayed on the ground floor in a pool view room. I would stay here again. Rooms also had a reefer to keep your milk cold when you have milk and cookies at bed time and nice shower with hot water. Great price compared to other properties. You could go cheaper near the beach which is full of fan room guesthouses and mosquitos!”
“Very clean and confortable. Close to the road but the room was on the building in the back of the garden so it was not noisy. Swimming pool is nice, staff helpful.”
“Blue water was really nice. Clean and the staff was friendly. It is on the main road so it's not super quiet. You have to walk to the beach, but it's not too far. 10-12 min walk. Wifi was excellent, pool was great and having a/c was really nice. Hot showers as well. It's around restaurants and cafes.”
“Prior to arriving I e-mailed for help organising the train back to Colombo the owner was very good and went to the station to get tickets for us which was very helpful. He also called me from the UK to let me know everything had been arranged.”

“Super clean and massive room with ac, fan, balcony and fridge. There is a swimming pool and a garden and the hotel is just five minutes from Uppuveli beach. Staff is helpful and kind as always in Sri Lanka. We've been travelling all the time in home stays in the country but this was our luxury concession during our trip and it was just great. It's a big villa and for what I understood the owner uses it as a hotel whe he is not in. There are also big communal area with sofas and tv. We didn't try the food here. ”
