“staff very friendly and helpful,breakfast was excellent.room comfortable and clean.”
“Particular mention must be made of the breakfast staff. There was only one person out front, which was challenging, given the number of people arriving at the same time. She kept calm and professional, finding time to interact with customers ( never easy when you are pushed). In truth, I think consideration should be given to a minimum of 2 staff for a weekend breakfast shift, at least between 8:30 and 9:30. Anything less puts unreasonable pressure on staff, which can have poor outcomes for customer feedback ratings if it all goes pear-shaped.”

“Ok hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. The food in the bar was standard pub food. Breakfast was ok, a little greasy. Weird staff uniform, they all wore pajamas on the night we were there, looked strange.”
