“The location, friendly personnel ready to respond to the inquiries from the visitors with respect to their needs. Historical building with a nice entrance.”
“The room was clean and bright, and the bathroom was very nice. There was a water cooler in the hallway, which we appreciated. The hotel features free luggage storage, a big plus. The staff is friendly. There's an elevator. And, most importantly for us, BonOtel provides excellent visa support for tourists. A really lovely place to stay, and we will definitely be returning here on future trips to Astrakhan!”

“Location excellent, hotel warm and vv clean. Room on 3rd floor (in roof) had skylight only. For 2 nights only was OK, if longer room with a view preferable. Mugs and teaspoons in room but no tea making facilities. Breakfast Ok clean etc but nothing special. Better value in local cafes. Resturant bar.. Separate business...?? Very good indeed”
