“Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a large room with everything we could have needed on the third floor. We used the hotel's spa facilities a few times which were also very good. We ate at both restaurants which were excellent, especially the Salon restaurant as the staff take extra care trying to make your experience as special as possible. We even ordered a continental breakfast from room service on our final day. This arrived quickly and was massive for a very fair price. Staff were brilliant, they helped us book a few restaurants and order taxis when needed. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

“We went to budapest to see Andrea Bocelli, which was fantastic but the hotel enhanced our experience as its beautiful.. we had a superior deluxe room, which wasn’t any more expensive than a room in most hotels in London, the room was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the breakfast area, just beside The New York Cafe, is unbeatable, there’s often a quartet playing at different times of the day which is very relaxing.. the only downside, for us, is that the bar is small and sometimes you can’t get in and there is no other bar service even if you take a seat in the sumptuous entrance sitting area..also when we did get in the bar at 11ish, we’d ask for a nightcap, a brandy coffee, and was told by the barman that the kitchen was closed, he wasn’t the most helpful person and we thought he needed a refresher course in customer service.. But I highly recommend this hotel it made our stay top class..”
