“We arrived at the hotel to a warm reception and shown to our very modern room with fantastic Siberian goose pillows and duvet. Breakfast was excellent with a superb selection of local cheeses and meats all served by our only too help host.”

“The room was designed and furnished with excellent taste. The room ( Number 20) was striking and all the details were well thought through and had a real personality; in short, it lived up to its qualification as a boutique hotel . We had a lovely view of the mountains from our balcony and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of products to choose from. The location is fine for many of the walks one can take once you get oriented and the town is about ten minutes walk from the hotel.”
“The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. We particularly appreciated the lovely garden area where family from Germany and the USA were able to gather for refreshments (drinks) and conversation. The staff on the front desk, particularly Angela, were well informed about the area and helpful when we had questions about dining, local locations of interest, etc. The morning chef was a delight with his bright cheerful morning greeting and good service. The room was well designed and we enjoyed the balcony. Unfortunately, because of local road construction, there was more traffic in the area of the hotel than normal, making it noisy at times. Otherwise, we had a delightful visit in Oberstdorf as a result of staying at the Hotel Gams Boutique.”
