“Everything was above our expectation. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We came in a low season so not many people were there with us. However we were treated like in the high season with amazing breakfast, lovely people and luxurious apartment. Everything was clean and perfect. Quiet place with amazing atmosphere. The breakfast served was the best of all hotel breakfasts! We were treated like family members and the quality of the hotel is 5star. Their coffee is the best. I really recommend this lovely hotel run by people who know how to do the best service! Our baby loved the room and the spot very much. Thank you again!!!”
“Excellent location close to the old city center, charming and spacy chateau room style, friendly staff, excellent breakfast even served only for 3 guests. Russian owners, very friendly. Easy parking, nearby good restaurant (Lahofer hotel). Perfect place for quiet and stylish stay in the city.”

“Very good breakfast. Cosy room. Very nice view from the room. Reception was not open 24 hours. The resturant was closed, only open for appointment.... so we didn't taste the food. There's also supposed to be a wellness centre, but we didn't find any. The few people we met, were nice. Difficulty with english...”
“The first night we were in a lovely Superior Double room. It was large, well appointed, had nice drapes and the bed had nighttables on either side. We asked to stay a second night and were asked to move to a refular double room. It was tiny! The bed was up againstbthe wall making it difficult for the person who slept on that side to get in and out of bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. It included scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, crepes and the most amazingly good yogurt.”

They don't have as many American tourists, so one needs to be patient in communicating. Knowing a few words helps a lot. There was some English being spoken. Great people. Very good experience.”
