“Staff were friendly but did not speak a word of English. They did however know how to use google translate so it worked out ok. Location is good - on the Volga walking distance from the market arcades.”
“The ambience is the best. The location is great on the Volga River and within walking distance from Susaninskaya Ploschad. The hotel helped us to get a very affordable taxi to take us as far as Sumorokovskaya Moose Farm and to Ipatiev Monastery.”

“ 1. Отопление!! Оно отличное. На улице было минус двенадцать градусов, а в номере почти плюс двадцать пять. Мне, южанину, было очень комфортно! 2. Телевизор работал хорошо, без помех и "зависаний' (подключение антенны через цифровую тв-приставку). ”
“Все преимущества отеля многократно описаны ранее. Добавлю, что в номере есть огнетушитель (что редкость для отелей) и, неожиданно, спасательные жилеты. Наличие жилетов обязательно в подобном типе размещения постояльцев, но их фактическое наличие приятно удивило! ;-))”
